Buckeye Hereford Fall Harvest Sale
New this year! BHA will be having a fall sale to be held at the Claylick Run Sale Facility, Newark, Ohio on October 11, 2026
Entries should include: Registration number, whether the consignment is open or bred(if bred, to what bull and due date), photographs if wanting picture in catalog, footnotes for said animal and any other pertinent information you would like mentioned. All information can be mailed along with entry fee or can be emailed to: buckeyehereford@yahoo.com
All show age heifers sold, are eligible to show for free at the Futurity Show the following weekend at the Miami County Fairgrounds in Troy, Ohio.
Entries, footnotes, photos, and fee due by August 12, 2026
$100 per lot
(Cow-Calf pairs are one lot)
Bulls must be under 5 years of age
Mature cows must be under 7 years of age
Hereford influence will be female only
75 lot max- limited to 5 bulls and 15 Hereford influence females
Fall Sale Committee has final say on all entries
All cattle must have a CVI within 30 days of sale.
Cows selling as bred must be confirmed safe.
Service age bulls must pass BSE .
